Many have searched and continue to search for the secret to a happy and long sex life.  Books have been written on the subject, seminars held and online web pages devoted to giving you more information on this great and delicate subject.  Our sex drive can remain with us for our entire life and with proper preparation and information we can live to have a long and satisfying sex life.

Here are some simple hints and suggestions to help you along and on the right track to a better and much happier sex life.

Start with a proper diet

Start your day with granola.  Granola is great for improving your circulation and results in greater erectile response.  Try foods strong in Arginine, such as oatmeal, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, chickpeas, ginseng, seeds and granola.  Many studies have shown that L-Arginine is very aid full in bettering a man’s sexual function.  Keep in mind that this is not only good for a man’s erection but also for a woman’s as their clitoris can also become erect by consuming these foods, and this can be a great thing for couples looking to improve their sex life.

Try soy

Soy is not only good for your heart but is also great for keeping a woman’s vagina lubricated and can aid against symptoms of menopause because it binds estrogen receptors.  Soy is also great for men as it is strongly helpful in keeping a man’s prostate healthy.

If it’s good for your heart it has to be good for your penis.   A food that increases and maintains a healthy heart pulse and circulation has got to be good for a man’s penis.  Way too much saturated fat will clog ones arteries and not allow proper flow of blood from getting to the genital area.  This is not only bad for sexual performance but also for ones sexual pleasure.

Exercise.  A Properly maintained and healthy body will give you extra energy and endurance to keep you at it for hours instead of minutes.  Sexual intercourse is basically a workout and the better you can keep yourself fit and ready the more you’ll last and enjoy a lovemaking session.  This advice is more for men who climb on top most of the time and go through the motions and minutes later plop down on the bed with a heavy panting and even some light headiness.  A proper workout schedule will give you way more time to not explore your partner’s body but to give more sexual positions options to your lovemaking.

Listen to more soft music.  New research has shown that your favorite romantic track will cause your brain to release dopamine. Dopamine is also at the center of our sexual drive and helps strongly in motivating one to do just about anything.
