” An oldie but a goodie with a new twist”
3 cups diced cooked smoked chicken
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro diced
1/2 cup carrots finely diced
1 tablespoon onion finely minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup organic mayonnaise
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
sea salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite bread sliced and toasted.
Combine chicken, bacon, celery, onions, cilantro, carrots an in large mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayo, Worcestershire sauce and sea salt and pepper then add to salad and toss to coat.
Keep chilled until serving on your favorite bread.
