It’s shocking to see the lengths that the corporate industry media will go through to make sure you get diabetes and other deadly diseases and cancers and to use sell out artists.  Late one night while watching television I saw this Snickers Bar commercial with one of my all time favorite actors Robin William whom you might remember from Mork and Mindy, Peter Pan and Good Will Hunting to name a few.

If you are feeling depressed, angry at nothing in particular and are constantly ingesting products with high fructose corn syrup

I was thrilled to see him doing a candy bar commercial then I quickly realized that the message that was being sold was really for you to eat a snickers bar whenever you were feeling grumpy, moody and or angry.  Well I decided to look into why a person becomes grumpy, moody and or angry and came to conclusive realization that these same Snickers bars are what cause these same symptoms.
Its called withdrawal.  Like a heroin junky, crackhead, meth-head and even booze-head will go through when it does not have the chemicals in its bloodstream.
Now, what ingredients in these candy bars causes these you might ask?  Well its called high fructose corn syrup.
Yes that delicious and deadly ingredients which is in almost everything you consume throughout the day in the form of Pepsi or Coke, Cheetos, Pizza from fast food joints (high fructose corn syrup in in the pizza sauce to sweeten it up) that ketchup you dunk your French fries from Burger King in, bubble gum, and even that Lipton Tea in your kitchen fridge to name just a few and believe me there are tons more.
Recently, researchers discovered a link between high levels of glutamate (a neurotransmitter in the brain that is produced by glucose) to symptoms of depression in people with type 1 and 2 diabetes.  This study showed increased levels of glutamate in the pre-frontal area of the brains of such people, this is an area associated with both higher-level thinking and regulation of your emotions. At the same time, the study showed a link between high levels of glutamate and poor glucose control.  This grumpiness, moody and angriness is the onset of the long way into the abyss called depression, even clinical depression which is
more than the normal response of feeling down for a couple of hours or days. It is more dramatic — taking you down further and longer down until you are someday nice and dead.

If you are feeling depressed, angry at nothing in particular and are constantly ingesting products with high fructose corn syrup then you should also look for other symptoms which you might be overlooking such as:
Depressed mood (feeling sad or empty).
Markedly diminished interest or pleasure in all, or almost all, activities.
Significant weight gain (more than 5 percent of body weight in a month), or significant decrease or increase in appetite.
Trouble sleeping, or sleeping too much.
Feeling agitated or sluggish.
Fatigue or energy loss.
Feeling worthless or excessively and/or inappropriately guilty.
Diminished ability to think, concentrate or make sound decisions.

The current media debate about the benefits (or lack of harm) of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) in our diet misses the obvious. The average American increased their consumption of HFCS (mostly from sugar sweetened drinks and processed food) from zero to more than 60 pounds per person per year. During that time period, obesity rates have more than tripled and diabetes incidence has increased more than seven-fold.

Doubt and confusion are the currency of deception and the sinning strategy for these corporations that care nothing about your health, and they sow the seeds of complacency into you and worst even, your children.
There are various reviews about the healthiness of high fructose corn syrup with many saying that it is actually good for you like in the movie Erin Brocovich with Julia Roberts, where the evil corporation in the film was actually having doctors tell the neighbors that the Chromium in their drinking water was actually good for them when it was actually giving them all types of cancers, genetically altering diseases and many more disgusting tools of evil corporations.
These corporations advertise their wares skillfully through massive print and television advertising campaigns and are sponsored by the Corn Refiners Association’s attempt to dispel the “myth” that HFCS is harmful and assert through the opinion of “medical and nutrition experts” that it is no different than cane sugar. It is a “natural” product that is a healthy part of our diet when used in moderation they say.  That is so thoughtful of them except for one problem… it is a major cause of heart disease, obesity, cancer, dementia, liver failure, tooth decay, bone fractures, homosexuality and much much more. The goal of the corn industry is to call into question any claim of harm from consuming high fructose corn syrup, and to confuse you and deflect by calling their product natural “corn sugar.” That’s like calling tobacco in cigarettes natural herbal medicine.
I attended a gathering at a recent PTA meeting and was shocked to hear a parent tell another one that “whether it’s corn sugar or cane sugar, your body can’t tell the difference. Sugar is sugar. Knowing that makes me feel better about what she eats and that’s one less thing to worry about.”  I almost slapped the woman into some sense at her outrages comment but walked away instead.  It’s no secret that high fructose corn syrup is detrimental to your health and sadly it’s also no secret that it has replaced other forms of sugar in a disturbingly large number of manufactured foods. Even worse is that most high fructose corn syrup is made from genetically modified corn.  Since the late 1980s, HFCS has replaced regular sugars, honey, and similar natural sweeteners in practically everything. Prolonged consumption of HFCS is now the topic of much debate and we are learning that it can cause long-term incredibly deadly damage to your body.

The major effects on you will be:
1. Hypertension and Elevated “Bad” Cholesterol Levels
2. Increased Risk of Developing Type-2 Diabetes
3. Mercury Exposure from HFCS
4. Long-Term Liver Damage
5. Significant Risk of Weight Gain & Obesity

All said and done Robin Williams is a sell out and cares nothing of you and he can hit the road as he has dropped to the bottom of my least favorite actors list.  He has been placed in a leadership role by chance and he should not be pushing these products without doing his homework about the effects of it on the public and most importantly, his fans, and if he did and cared more about that fat 10 million dollar paycheck he signed, then to hell with him too.
