

Mediterranean Salad Dressing

“This dressing goes well on any combination of salads and even as a marinate for your meats and fish!”
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds
- 1 small white onion peeled and finely diced
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
In a large medium size mixing bowl add the pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, onion, olive oil, pepper and sea salt and mix until blended. Store in an air tight container refrigerated for no more than 2 weeks.
