Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 2 slices Emmentaler cheese
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter to spread on bread
- 2 slices sandwich bread, thicker the better
Heat a large non-stick pan to high, spread butter on sandwich bread and place butter side down on hot pan, turn fire down to medium, then add the cheese slices to the bread and cover with slice of bread and allow to brown.
Once one side is brown flip the sandwich over and heat until brown and toasty.
serve with tomato slices and or ketchup and enjoy!
