

Carrot and Pineapple Smoothie

“Carrot juice is known for beta carotene which can give your body vitamin A, B and E and mixed with the protein digesting compounds of pineapple.”
Prep time: 3 minutes
Blend time: 30 seconds
Ingredients
- 1 large carrot peeled and cube
- ½ cup pineapple peeled and cubed
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2tbls. Whey powder
- ½ cup crushed ice
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender ice first. Blend for 30 seconds and pour into large Hurricane or Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and carrot.
