Blend time: 45 seconds
Ingredients
- ½ cup mixed berries (try strawberries, blackberries, blueberries etc)
- ½ green apple
- 1 cup orange juice
- Organic whole milk
- ½ pear, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tbls. honey
- 2 tbls. Whey powder
- 4 tbls. Crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup ice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender ice first. Blend for 45 seconds and pour into tall Collins glass.
