


Many foods out there which are disguised as “food” can seriously aggravate and cause joint and muscle pains linked with arthritis, fibromyalgia and gout. Staying clear of these foods can make your life a lot less painful and can also help in reducing pain, inflammation and stiffness. Although it is a challenge for many to say no to that juicy fast food burger or cheesy pizza its best to stay clear of these fast foods as they will in the end will bring a load of misery to your life.

Wheat gluten and wheat have also been implicated in many diseases including certain forms of fibromyalgia and arthritis and digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease and Crohns disease. Wheat and gluten is harmful to the body when highly processed as in white flour where the nutrients are completely stripped from the grain.
