There are many natural fat burners out there

Losing weight has always been a challenge to many and keeping it off a much bigger challenge to others and those of us who are determined to lose it are often willing to spend money on gym memberships, equipment and supplements that can help us burn calories and tone down.   There are many natural fat burners out there that you can use that can save you a pretty penny and the avocado has elements that are even sold separately as fat burning products.

Take the avocado for instance, as this fruit is available in most all supermarkets, and is one of the best natural fat burners around.   First off avocados contain monounsaturated fats and the calories come from 75% of this fat which is a great fatty acid that is helpful in reducing LDL cholesterol which causes heart problems and weight gain and can increase the good lipoprotein.  By lowering your bad cholesterol you can increase your fitness, which can help you to exercise and shed more bad weight.  You will also be able to increase your metabolism naturally because your blood will get around your system more efficiently.

Avocados are also high in L carnitine, which is an amino acid and has a carbon compound which is found in protein.  This wonderful amino acid is processed in the liver and is used for metabolizing fat, fat loss and greatly improves blood circulation and energy production in the brain.   Metabolizing your fat is what we want and the role of the carnitine is to carry the fat in our cells to the mitochondria which is the part of the cells that burns fat to turn it into useable energy and without this you will not be able to burn the fat in your body and this means that you are not going to get rid of that extra fat on your body.

These monounsaturated fats also help the body in processing insulin, which is wonderful for diabetics as this allows in keeping their glucose levels down.  It encourages the body to burn more glucose levels so that it does not store fat.

Avocados also contain great fiber, which helps the body in detoxifying itself by flushing through the body, and clearing out the digestive tract, clear out cholesterol and urinary tracts.   Potassium can also be found in avocados (avocados contain 60% more potassium than bananas) and can supply the body with a range of other important nutrients like magnesium, vitamin B, K and E and potassium can also reduce your belly fat and prevent fluid retention.

This Guacamole recipe is easy to prepare and store and is famous throughout the world for its healthy taste and effects.

Ingredients for Guacamole (feeds 4)

  • 2 large ripe avocados pitted and scooped out
  • 3 tablespoons onion finely diced
  • 1 medium size plum tomato chopped
  • Juice of 1 large lime around 3 tablespoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl minus the tomatoes and mash down the avocados with a masher then mix with a large spoon until well blended then add the tomatoes and mix.   Serve with all natural corn tortilla chips spread on a sandwich instead of mayonnaise or stuff your wraps with them and be sure not to use the popular Doritos brand chips or any commercial chips as these contain horrible chemicals that will ruin your diet plans for sure.

With this in mind you will be able to lose weight wisely and keep it off naturally.
