

Tzatziki with Pita Chips

“Light and very refreshing on a hot and or cool day and the kids will love it”
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt low fat
- 1 large cucumber washed, ends cut off then shredded
- 1 medium size white onion peeled then finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro finely diced
- 1 garlic clove crushed then finely diced
- 2 medium size plum tomatoes chopped
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup white and red shredded cabbage
- Fresh than toasted pita chips
Preparation
Add the yoghurt, cucumber, cilantro, garlic, onions, tomatoes and sea salt to a large mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly mixed. Place the shredded cabbage on the bottom of the entire plate then a 1 cup of the mixed Tzatziki in the middle. As for the chips you can serve them on the side on a separate plate or surround the Tzatziki with them then sprinkle with some freshly diced cilantro and serve.
