Pizza, the cornerstone of every nutritional lunch, dinner, snack and even breakfast, has been around for generations and has made it through wars, plagues and hurricanes and can probably be ranked amongst the worlds most loved foods (mostly with kids) but still. Memories flood the mind of younger years in your parents living room and settling down in the couch on a Friday night to watch the latest action movie out on DVD and hearing the front door bell ring which is music to your ears as you know that the extra meat and cheese stuffed crust pizza is at the door and ready for movie nights consumption. Well those days are still being relived with many who are now older and are now the ones who have to shell out the cash for the pizza but sadly the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly since when you ate them.
One would think that pizza with all its nutritional block fullfilments (dairy, meats, veggies and grains) would be the best food ever for us. But sadly fast food are dangerous for your health as they are loaded with calories from refined sugar and fats (especially, the artery-clogging saturated and hydrogenated fats, which are repeatedly reheated to high temperatures for frying purposes). Fast foods are ranked in the top 3 causes of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, stroke, birth defects in newborns who are already born with diabetes, heart disease, cancer and several brains disorders like MD, MS, various forms of cerebral lesions, polio, hydrocephalus, microsephalus, dwarfism, sexually inclined genetic dispositions which means that the babies are born already a homosexual and will only be attracted to those of its own gender and many more horrible sicknesses.
These foods are bad news and the fact that someone has given it a longer shelf life (the big mac has been tested to last over 20 years in a jar and still looks the same without hardly any mold growing on it!!!) by loading the once foods with tons of preservatives, sodium and additives to give them a super long shelf life AND to break down the food cost enough so that you can afford those 1 dollar burgers and they can still make their profit margin very attractive for the shareholders. An accountant once told me that the cost for the famous fast food burger with an arch place was as low as 5 cents per burger so that meant that Ronald was making 95 cents profit off each dollar sold, now that’s a business that I want to get into. Cutting corners in the food business can be dangerous and fast foods will sacrifice your health for their profit. I have never known a business that harmed its loyal customers in all my life, oh wait, yes, there is a business that harms its loyal customers, that would be the crack and drug business. Interesting huh?
The only healthy safe way to eat pizza is to make it yourself or to buy it from a restaurant that uses organic fresh and natural ingredients with no added or preservatives! Please do not try to cut corners by buying already made sauces or doughs as these are already loaded with deadly preservatives and additives, use only fresh ingredients like fresh homemade tomato sauce, fresh homemade dough and fresh meats. With the abundancy of television cooking shows there really is no excuse to not make your own pizza or at least try.
With the fresh veggie tomato sauce, freshly made dough and cheeses pizza can once again be refreshingly delicious cheesy and healthy. So belly up to the couch and get that next movie ready, bon appetite!
