“Light and refreshing over meats”
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 pound plum tomatoes chopped
2 medium size onions chopped
3 green peppers chopped
1 bulb garlic peeled and finely diced
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix till all ingredients are blended. Serve with chips, with burritos, tacos, on top of meats etc.
