Blender time: 30 seconds
Ingredients:
3/4 cup fresh (preferably) or frozen blackberries
1 large ripe mango, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup purified water
1 ½ tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon whey powder ( helps repair body cells and build and repair muscle and bones)
½ cup ice
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender over ice and blend for 3o seconds. Pour into a large Collins glass and garnish with a slice of mango.
Note: Mangos help in the fight against cancer, is good for your eyes, good for diabetes and helps in digestion.
