The right foods can determine the strength of the foundation for your mental health. Natural food diet rich in olive oil, vegetables, lean meats and whole grains will surely reduce your waistline and lift your mood. All of us pretty much know that diets high in processed foods, “bad” fats like in fried foods and drinks high in sugar will take us miserably and quickly to the grave.
There are many of unhappy people in the world today basically because they are eating the wrong foods like anything that comes in a package like chips and cookies, and all fast foods (burgers too) and chasing them with diet soda. I’m the first to admit that I love a hot pizza on a cold night as much as the other guy but sadly these fast foods contain added preservatives that actually slow down your bowel movement of that certain pizza you ate.
This decrease in movement causes the most damage in the colon where bacteria grows at an alarming rate and thus can create ulcers and irregular bowel movements and eventually lead to tumors and cancer. The pizza and burger companies also add preservatives which have horrific side effects and are generally intended to get you hooked (like a person would get hooked on crack or meth) on their burgers and pizza, and this in some cases has even caused small children to die from the addictive added ingredients that sometimes are a little too strong to eat for a kid. Think about that the next time you’re taking the kids through the fast food lane. Don’t think for a second that these large corporate fast food chains have not considered how to get people hooked on their foods and all the while using consultants with Harvard or Princeton degrees. Fast food is big business and the more they got you physically hooked on their foods the better that they can control you and your money which is what they want in the endgame and to hell with your health.
All over a slice of cheesy pepperoni pizza. It’s a sad world we live in when you can’t even trust the local pizza delivery shop (franchise) anymore. So if you have been feeling depressed and can’t figure out why take a good look at your last meals, odds are you’ve been eating burgers with fries and chasing them down with a super large diet soda. Or maybe you’ve been having the diet meals which are sold inside the fast food chains as these “diet” meals have been shown in lab test to actually be higher in bad fat that the burgers and shakes being sold there.
The best is always to go natural like fresh vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and lots of fresh fruit. You must include tasty snacks like peanuts, berries (dried or fresh), seeds and fresh fruit natural drinks in between meal and at least 30 minutes of light exercise will properly aid your metabolism and keep it fueled to help you in burning any fat away. Remember that in the endgame you are what you eat.
