Want to get a really good workout done on your arm muscles? Here is this 30 minute exercise program that will get your arms toned and fit in no time. Kranking is the use of a machine that focuses on banishing and burning fat off those bingo wings that tend to make you shy when it comes to exhibiting them to the public.
