Kissing is Wonderful for your Fitness and Health

Did you ever think that a kiss would be good for your health? Well according to recent studies it has been shown that after eating, your mouth is full of sugar solution and acidic saliva which will cause plaque buildup. Kissing in a sense is nature’s way of cleaning your teeth as it stimulates saliva flow and brings plaque levels down to normal. Kissing can also relieve stress and tension and a very passionate kiss can become a great relaxation technique.
Kissing can also help you lose weight as a single kiss can boost your metabolism by burning up sugar faster than usual. The calories that you can lose while kissing all depends on the intensity of the kiss so basically the longer and more intense the kiss the more calories you lose say around 10 calories for every 10 minutes of kissing. Kissing is also great in slowing down your aging process and can help you tone your cheeks and jaw and will prevent less sagging in your facial area. So if your been wondering how to rid the sagging checks that affects those of us in our latter years now you have an even bigger reason to kiss.
Kissing can also increase your levels of fitness as it gets your heart and your pulse pumping as it releases adrenaline into your bloodstream and your heart ends up pumping more blood throughout your system, in a sense it’s a wonderful and addictive cardiovascular workout.
Kissing will also boost your self esteem as there is nothing better that a good passionate for a major feel good factor as when your kissing your basically happy and when you’re happy you feel good about yourself.
Kissing will also boost your immune system as it forces your body to produce antibodies to prevent you from getting sick sort of like getting a vaccination. You can also kiss your allergies goodbye as kissing for 30 minutes or more will reduce your IgE levels which are an allergy antibody.
So if you are feeling down and out especially during these cold days that are before us just grab your partner and kiss the blues away and get on the healthy track.
