Wearing jeans has been in fashion ever since i was a little tiny tot and these days it seems that everyone wears them at one point or another. When a woman wears jeans it can be well, quite, attractive and disturbing at the thought of someone squeezing into a pair of jeans that is three times smaller. It seems to me that all the woman that I see every day wearing jeans in town goes about their day free and pain-free. Well new research has revealed that wearing jeans can be hazardous to your health, which makes sense. The disorder is called meralgia paresthetica and it happens when the nerves that run on the outer part of the legs and thighs get compressed. The effects of the legs can be of sensations of tingling, pain and numbness on the outer parts off the thighs. keep in mind that wean jeans are too tight they can cause nerve damage which can later cause serious arthritic pains in the hips and knees. When a woman wears high heels her axis of pelvis changes and what happens is her pelvis tilts and her buttocks kind of kick out a little bit and causes your legs to look longer. This is why women like to wear stilettos. But because the pelvis tilts some, it further accentuates the pressure that’s caused on those nerves and can make the symptoms worse.
To alleviate the pain try wear jogging or lose jeans that have some stretch in them and try them in different sizes up or down to see the best kind of fit and how the looks is and also take into consideration the whole stretch idea to make it look comfortable and feel great. If you feel tingling and numbness in your leg, stop wearing skinny jeans and the symptoms should go away on their own but if it persists and you ignore the pain and continue to wear tight jeans, it could lead to more permanent nerve damage and future complications.
