Love fast food? yeah well I used to love digging into a nice hot and juicy burger with crispy hot fries and chasing it all down with an extra large diet soda after a good workout right? Well these foods or better said lack of can make all the difference in how well you produce, live and eat. By its chemistry composition fast foods are genetically and biologically designed to make you eat more of it at the time and later as it triggers a lot of addictive mechanisms caused by aspartame which is in diet soda for example. One of the effects of aspartame on the human body is to trigger the thirst mechanism and tell it that it needs to drink or eat something that has aspartame in it soon after, like ALL SODA POPS, energy drinks and even Canada dry club soda, sweets high in aspartame like snickers bars, Twinkies, ho ho’s etc.
Sad to say fast foods get blamed for contributing ti various of the U.S health problems which include type 2 diabetes, obesity and coronary disease. Fast foods are basically high in “Bad” cholesterol, high in saturated fats and dense in calories. Fast foods can be found almost everywhere nowadays and you don’t even have to get out of your car to get it. Fast food is inexpensive which can greatly lower your food cost but up your chances of heart attack and a host of other diseases. Although many fast food joints are beginning to offer “healthy” food these “healthy foods” have been found to contain way more calories in salad dressing for example than that burger you gave up! keep in mind also that these fast food places have their own farms where they can control what goes into the soil and nutrients or lack of. These farms also use pestecides to control the bugs. Problem is that these pestecides stay in those juicy and large tomatoes and when you eat that Wendy’s salad you are also ingesting the pestecide that the crops where treated with and can leave a host of other bad side effects like MS, MD to cerebral lesions in children from mothers who consumed fast food veggies that were said to be healthy and low in fat.
