  • Start with cheese.  The protein found in cheese can keep your kids energy level high throughout the day and this means that they are burning calories, also a high energy level is require when they are doing their homework and this will motivate them not only to do it but to do it right.  A big reason most kids do bad in their homework is that they are just not motivated or better said, their body’s do not have the proper fuel to learn. • Why not peanut butter. Not only will peanut butter help you think more clearly but will also help your kids get the nutrition that they need from the protein and other nutrients found in peanuts. Do keep in mind that roasted peanuts have an increase in p-coumaric acid levels which can boost its antioxidant content by 22%.
