Hgh and anavar help?

I am a 45 year old female that has been lifting all my life.i am 5.5 wt130. I would like to get lean and put on muscle. I soft around the upper legs and lower abs. So will hgh and anavar help me out.
Do i take both at the same time or seperate. And what kind of cycle do i use. I am not looking to get big and want to stay in shape like the fitness competeters. And of couse the least amount of heman effects as possible.

I wouold just use the HGH for now. Save the anavar for a later date. make sure to run the hgh for 6months to 1 year if you can. Do you have a dosage plan?

ok so i just take the hgh for 6 months then what i stop are add the anavar ? And no i do not have a plan. I have competed in the passed but had a lay off of about 5 years training on and off
but i am looking to get back into and get in to the best shape in my life and help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Anyway... Nope take it for as long as you can. Its a drug that works best over time and with some consistancy. HGH that is. As for anavar you can throw it any where along the line you want.. Have you used it before? Anavar. 5 - 20mg 12 - 16 weeks cycle " only up the dose as you need"

average cycle is 12-16 weeks gauging sides
personally i taper slightly at the end.. 3-4 days of 5mgs to come off.. 1-2 of 2.5 and you're done (taper week is NOT included in your cycle weeks) so if you were running for 12 weeks, then week 13 is the taper week."
