Typical ECA dose for a woman?

Hey Ladies,

First time here in the ladies forum, so hello first off, Hope everyone is doing well..

I have a soldier who I am helping with a diet, weight, cardio program with her goal being to lose weight, she eats clean, does almost an hour and half of cardio a day...I know even more than me...crazy and hits up the weights 4 days a week....she is losing weight at the rate of about 3-4 lbs/ wk...I am currently running some "supplements" and her intrest is peaked in ECA. Seeing as I am a male I have never researched the ladies dosage, if there is such a thing. And I did do a search but didnt really find anything that was definitive.

Typically a women's dose would be about 1/2 a man takes. However, with ECA I don't reduce my dose like I would on something harder. I don't really think it's necessary unless she's going absolutely whack-job on it. In that case, have her take less. :P

Alex....if she is losing 3-4 pounds per week she doesn't need that at all. In fact I'm hoping she isn't losing muscle with all of that cardio she is doing. I think 1-3 pounds is probably max females can lose without burning muscle.

How much does she currently weigh?

If she eventually wants to start ECA then it should be a low dosage of course.......but she definately doesn't sound like she needs that right now.
