I thought it was water also. Im trying to figure out the closest way to lose with out prescription. I dont think Dandelion root did me any good. This was the first time i tried that.
I completely understand what Dirk is saying in this thread......yes technically a fat loss is what is needed.
But I still think Beca could have come in more "water depleted" or "dryer".....meaning not a loss of fat but just simply water would have leaned her out. I am definately not wording myself very well.......but technically with Dirk's explanation anybody who looks to be holding water is "holding fat". Miss Muscle is at a loss for words right now.......anyone get what I'm saying?

No I get what you're saying, but the point is that most often what we call water is really fat. So yes some water could come off and make a difference, but not as siginificantly as you might think.

I think the most important thing to take away from his posts was on water intake related to carb loading.
you look great overall, and congrats! now- defnitely a bit of water; maybe some fat also. your upper body should absolutely be more defined, and with your shape it really appears that you are holding some water. just my 02...
