    Default Where should I start.......
    Hey girls!!!! Ive been training hard for about two years. Starting stats were about 145 lbs. 5'9 19 yrs old, b.f. around 20% Im now 128 lbs. and right around 12% I have also been dieting hard...very strict. Im a very motivated person, and Ive leaned out quite a bit. I started training for power with my partner, and it really wore me down as far as energy and joint problems. Im pretty happy with the way I look, but was wondering how to get more info on fitness/figure competitions. I think Im just starting to get bored with the intense training and nowhere to go. Any advice???

    Hey Carla! Good for you!

    What city are you in?

    I'm in Edmonton Alberta. I googled Alberta Bodybuilding and then phoned the president so I could get some names of coaches in my area. After I got names and numbers I phoned around and went from there!

    I suggest Google....then do what I did!
