    Default Breasts After Competition......
So I realize as my bodyfat drops I will lose my breasts, but will they come back after my bodyfat goes up again? I've heard that they will never be quite as perky. Please tell me this just ain't so!!!!! I love my breasts as is! I know they will disappear but I want them back just how they are!!!!

But the professionals stay fairly lean all year round. I don't want to stay lean all year round.

There is one woman I know who competes in figure, has large breasts and when she is down to very low BF she really doesn't lose them. I think most women will lose them, but I think they do go back once the fat is back -- thats from a personal observation from women who lose a lot of fat to gaining it back

it's kind of a sad and frustrating fact- some women can lose incredible amounts of weight and not lose breast tissue. for others, breasts are the first place to go and the last to gain back. it all depends on your personal body type. adding a good bit of muscle to provide foundation and lift will help. good luck!

Thanks....I've lost 4 pounds for comp already and I swear it's in my breasts!

As long as they return when I "fatten" up againl....then it's all good!

Very true, genetics plays a huge role here (as with any BB/figure comp).

I don't know why your breasts wouldn't be the same shape/size when your bf% is elevated again. There's no physiological/biological reason they shouldn't be the same as before.

Unfortunately when losing bodyfat, your breast will go down in size but as you gain some weight back, they should come back as well.
I'm the same as you. I swear I lose at least a cup size, but i've always gained them back luckily without gaining it back in unwanted places. I guess i'm lucky in some sense....hehe.
A lot of my friends got implants for that precise reason.
No worries babe, they'll be back.

We'll see how small they get. The rest of my body is smoking right now however. If I decide to continue to compete after this competition a few more times than I will seriously think about the implants. We'll see how well they come back, how low I want my bodyfat off season, etc. I don't mind a higher bodyfat off season either.

No coming into the women's section unless you post nudes of yourself so we can have a little entertainment in here Niclipse.

Well, when SOME women have a baby, or after breast feeding, their breasts get saggiier and smaller, but they comback to their normal size after a year or two.

I was under the impression they never really recover from childbirth/breastfeeding.

That's because most people gain a lot of weight when pregnant and then they NEVER lose it afterwards.

Breastfeeding/pumping, burns a lot of fat off your body, my wife was pumping about 40-60 OZ of milk per day (the more you pump the more milk you get), her boobs went to 34 DD at height of 5'1.5", looked like she had implants.

She lost her gained weight, in 4months of breast pumping, with no exersize.

Most women don't realize this and use formula.

I believe the main reason women don't lose all their pregnancy weight is because most women are done having children in their mid-30's which is exactly when their metabolism starts betraying them, by their early 40's they need to alter their diet/exercise habits or they're bound to get/stay overweight.

Hey MM... how's this going? I have to agree with badkitty.. i think it's heavily weighted by genetics. personally, the only time i've ever been full chested is when breastfeeding (and with my son sucking on them so often they were sore--i just didn't want anyone to touch them afterward.. damn.. can't win huh?)...

i'm small breasted all the time, moreso at competition. in fact... if it weren't for piercings in my nipples snagging on my posing suit.. my top might fly up when i lift my arms! lol

BUT, after nursing my son, my nipples became larger, as did the areolae. small consolation--but all i have to work with at the moment.. although i definitely have a great deal more pectoral definition on stage than some women who have implants done (on top of the pec muscle).

How far out are you from your show now???

10 weeks out.....lost 17 pounds......most in my breasts I swear. All my bras are too big now. Which sucks.....but I'm okay with that. The rest of my body is loving me. Just not my breasts......and I'm sure they will come back.
