    My wife wants to start taking Clen. I have taken it in the past, but I also know that woman take it differently than men. For a woman, what is the best way to cycle clen???

    First off, can you give us a few more details? Stats? What is her diet like now?
    Has she used any other fat burning supps before? I know it's a few questions but they're all very important to know before we can help.

    same question here. my girlfriend wants to start taking clen shes 5'4 120lbs, shes trains 3 times a week and does cardio all 3 of these days along with light to moderate weight training with me, but she cant seem to lose the last 10lbs and really wants to gain some muscle tone. one major factr is that she is a vegatarian. ive looked into clen for woman and not found much due to the main focus on guys using it, or at least from what ive seen. Also, i know this prob is a stupid question, but the clen on reseachology in liquid form, is that taken oraly with no brewing? sorry if its a dumb question but i have never dealt with clen myself or ordered much from the site more than lab supplies. and also would it be more effective than the pills?

    Well first off, IMO, clen is a waste unless diet and cardio are 100%. It's A) not worth the health risks B) not worth the sides (different for some) and C) the money.

    I would say diet and cardio constitute 90% of your gains (or losses in this case) and clen would maybe add another 10% to that (if that much).

    I would start her low, around 30mcg/day and build it every 3 days, increasing by 20mcg increments and going no higher than 80mcg/day. But honestly she can probably achieve her goals without it.

    I agree. I think only people competing should even consider clen. She could try a thermogenic instead.

    Green tea is a good thermogenic. Its great for fat loss, it contains caffeine, and its good for your body too, I mean its healthy. So I reckon she should try everything else before she goes on clen (ie diet and exercise) just like what outlaw said.

    All I can say from my own experience is that you have to be very careful with clen. The first time I took it, I accidently took half a tab. I was sick for a whole weekend. Also when taken on a normal dose, the side effects for clen are nasty to say the least. It made me very nervous - almost to the point of anxiety - and my body felt shaky all over. Try doing that for a couple of weeks! Worst of all, the weight loss effects were very poorly.

    IMO cardio + a good low carb diet with loads of greens works a whole bunch faster and is much safer!

    What kind of cardio is she doing and for how long? It may be as simple as stepping up on her cardio (more days a wk and for at least 45 minutes). 3 days a wk imo is not enough to loose excess bf% that is the last few lbs. She is vega or vegan?, cause there are so many products out there now to replace meat protein. It is possible that she isn't seeing tone or definition, because her bf% is still too high, just like see the abs you have to be near single digits for them to come out. I do think tho that women need to have a higher bf to be healthy. What i do is about 20minutes jog 6.5 mph on a treadmill, then i do high incline @ level 15 for the rest of the 45 minutes with a 5 minute cool down. Have her do that for 5-6 days a wk with the weight training, and i guarntee she will see results. She could just do the whole 45minutes at the high incline as well, but i think the 20minutes of medium jog help to bring up the heart rate. Clen should be a last result for only bringing out definition and leanness that you can not acheive at your goal weight. Btw, i think doing 2 days on 2 off and ramping up is the safest and best way to use clen. Ramping up to 80mcg should be enough for a woman her size, but i don't think it is necessary right now. Have her stepup her cardio first for about 2 months and she will see the results. Of course diet is key and no cheating, lol!

    Your cardio routine is a step up in pace, sounds good. i think i just gotta kick her ass a little and step up the cardio, i was considering lipo6. thermorexin, never saw it before but will def. look into it. thanks for all the replies, any other female reccomendations? not that i dont appreciate the male input, but i just want a female perspective on what got them results. thanks again.

    clen supplement reccomendations:
    Taurine 3-10grams/day (cramping in particular)
    ALCAR- 1-3 grams/day (heart health)
    Potassium 800-1200mg/day
    Magnesium 500-800mg/day
    WATER- hydration is important with stims, clen in particular

    cardio breeze, Thermorexin or caffeine for lethargy. do not stack ephedrine.

    also stacks well with Yohimburn ES

    Regarding women and clenbuterol. It apppears from research to cause way too many adverse effects and at the dose needed for significant weight loss and muscle growth these effect would be intolerable. Perhaps you should experiment with Albuterol which has a shorter half life and less side effects.

    these drugs are almost identical in action (fairly pure beta-2 agonists), the primary difference being half life.

    neither of these drugs is anabolic in humans.

    albuterol has similar sides, they may be easier to control due to half life (thus easier to make dosage adjustments and less overlap of doses).

    Clenbuterol is a powerful bronchodilator that has an incredible fat burning properties. Many athletes use Clenbuterol to help them drop body fat quickly.
