Default How much do you think 2 liters of fat weighs
I'm wondering how much weight I'd lose if I lost 2 liters of fat.

Ok..since I don't know the density of fat... I used water...as an approximation..

If you do not know the density, assume the waste has the density of water: multiply by 2.19.

    (1 liter water = 2.19 pounds)

    fat is .9 g/ml

    1 liter (1000 ccs) = 900 grams (.9 kgs)

    .9 kgs x 2= 1.8 kgs

    1.8 kgs x 2.2 = 3.96 lbs
