    But seriously, there is quick way to get a 6-pack abs. With proper nutrition, cardio-conditioning walking, jogging and abdominal exercises at the same time intensive, you can get a flat and toned abs in six months if you're lucky.

    You need to work very hard to get a six pack abs and even after getting that six pack abs you need to do workouts continuously to get them maintained.

    Eating too much, but not pure junk food. Enter the ABS with whey proteins. Remember ABS hit hard, like any other muscle. The use of weight and give rest to grow. The muscles do not grow in the gym, they grow to sleep, eat, sit or rest.
