    Noways people have to make their diet chart to keep Healthy because there are different types of pollution are appear in the our environment.You have to wakes up early in the morning and go with walking or exercise.Do not take food which have lots of calorie and also avoid junk food.
    If you are going to exercise regularly then they will definitely feel environment.

    Regularly eating papaya because it is the natural fruit which is used to incorporate into one’s regular skin care regime. Women health care in most cases takes a back seat because of the multitude tasks she has to undertake. Health care for women means extra nutrition and care especially when they cross the age of 30.The notion that good health can come in small tidbits is not really new.

    In my opinion, in particular food and food nutrition for maintaining health and treating diseases. Nutrients are essential for the proper functioning of the mental, physical, metabolic, chemical and hormonal activities.Sumptous food is available in fruits and vegetables. The fruits have the ability to provide all that your body needs.

    Health is very important subject. For Health, you should drink more water which is the best source for your skin. Another is, eat always fresh fruit like banana, papaya, strawberry etc. Banana is very important which helps the body's haemoglobin function. Also, the last important thing is sleeping schedule, it must be fixed.

    1) Nutrition and Health Diet
    2) Do the exercises
    3) Do not smoking
    4) Do not drink wine
    5) Eat the good vegetables and fruits

    Always start the day eating a good breakfast. If you work take lunch from home instead of eating in the cafeteria. Try sharing a dessert plate instead of going to the same plate. Use mustard mayonnaise when you eat. Eat foods that are low in calories.
