Hi Arogyam! There are many factors in losing weight....diet, exercise, stress.
First off.....you have to eat clean foods....unprocessed. Lots of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and clean carbs as well as essential fats. You also have to cut calories back.
Exercise.....get into the gym! Start weight-lifting at least 4 times a week and cardio 5 to 7! Stretching after cardio is also good to prevent injury as well as in between sets.
Get lots of sleep....your muscles recover and build during sleep.
Also try to live a stress-free lifestyle. I know it can be hard at times but being stressed will cause you to retain fat!
Start off with these basics and you should see results!

Nutrients rich diet, yoga & exercise reduces extra fat from body resulting better health and reduced body weight. Apart from this try for body detoxification methods like Juice fasting, eating raw food only or fasting on honey and lemon juice only for one, two or three days monthly.
