Default What is the best way to stop being skinny?
Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results. Does anyone know the best way to get out of this skinny looks?

Don***8217;t you worry my friend. It takes time to find the right way to workout. People try many different ways to improve their look, and they spend a lot trying, too. In my opinion, you could benefit from a free pdf book on building muscle[/url]. It should help you to get out of your skinny looks.

    Food To Gain Weight

Protein sources (50% of your daily calories)

fish (tuna, salmon, haddock, cod), turkey, chicken, red meats (flank steak, lean ground beef), dairy products (cottage cheese, milk, low-fat yogurt), eggs, soybeans, nuts, legumes, ham, pork, shellfish, scallops, lamb, tofu, protein supplements (whey, egg, milk, soy protein supplements)

Carbohydrate Sources (40 % of your daily calories)

fruits, brown rice, whole grain breads & cereals, bagels, oatmeal, pasta, potatoes, vegetables (broccoli, green beans, corn), legumes (chick peas, lima, kidney, and soybeans), cream-of-wheat, pretzels, yams

Fat sources (10% of your daily calories)

olive oil, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, safflower oil, sunflower oil, walnuts, flax seed oil, borage oil, avacadoes, fish oils (salmon), cla (conjugated linoleic acid)

    Snacks

Apples, raw baby carrots, beef jerky, nuts, pretzels, baked potato chips, protein bars (Balance, Met-RX), yogurt.

Meal replacements are probably the most valuable and underrated supplement to gain weight.

In fact, they really are not supplements at all, they're a great food to gain weight. Meal replacements are complete meals where supplements are used in addition to your regular food, but meal replacements can stand alone.

Meal replacements are pre-packaged powdered drink mixes that you mix with water, milk, or juice and then drink in the place of a meal, or, if you're trying to gain weight, in addition to your meals.

Beside taking more calorie foods, practice yoga, it will give good body shape. Yoga can also help in increasing the body weight naturally and there are no side effects. Just find a genuine yoga master.

    Hi,
Do not worry about this problem. What ever you do do not stop eating! If you stop eating when you lose energy. If you want to be more skinnier then you should try to exercise more in your life..
    Thank you....

The best way is to follow a good dietary regimen from a professional dietician and a proper work-out regimen which makes you fit and adds some muscles which may give you a fuller look.
