    I’m in sales so I do have the opportunity to travel quiet a bit. Some trips I find it easier to fit my workouts in and remain on the healthy regime and others it’s literally a pain; however it’s never impossible...

    Good article

    I agree 100 %, its not always easy or convenient, but it's possible to stay in track when u travel. When our family travels I start preparing days in advance, traveling with small children could be challanging when it comes to staying in track with your diet, but if you take the extra time to prepare, it can be done. We pack our food too, I take healthy snacks for them for the trip, & we always look for a hotel with a full kitchen. We go grocery shopping for whatever we didn't bring with us.
    And we prepare our meals as usual.
    Of course we do allow our selves an occasional treat

    And we always make sure the hotel has a gym as well, we don't do our full routine, but we do the most we can with the time we have.

    You can have a fun vacation & enjoy yourself without wrecking your diet/routine
