    Default work sucks..
Ok, I'm going to be working some late days for the next few months which sucks..but ohwell. I'm going to be starting a cycle in november..

I'm going to have to be training in the am..before work. So I was thinking of a routine like every other day workouts..hitting every bodypart..kinda like

    monday
    deads
    bent rows
    bench
    abs

    tuesday
    cardio

    wednesday
    squats
    lateral raises
    wide grip pull-ups
    abs?

Workout for atleast an hour...go to work till 10-11pm...up at 4am repeat..

Could I make this work...weekends I have shorter shifts..so resting won't be an issue on those days..????????

Well, i will have the days I do cardio to take it easier..but what really is on my mind is..I'm going to do that routine no matter if i'm on or not...but if it's a waste should i just be paitient for little longer or maybe I can benefit almost 100%..eating won't be an issue.

And i've been for the last couple weeks getting into a morning rythym..adjusting my wake up time..and bedtime, so I can take most advantage of it.

    Make sense?

Tough schedule Jimbo, I think u should try and do it in the morning, I can't workout that late at night, specially after a long day at work, and in the morning working out will give an energy boost.
    Hang in there jimbo

I hear ya Brother, When I used to drive more, I sometimes would have to make a delivery at 4:00am, so I would have to wake up at 2:30am, and some days I wouldn't get back home until 9 or 10 pm..... those days were though, it really messes up your routine, if I were u I would try and do it in the morning, get itover with & when your done with work, u can relax some.

If your trying to go down 5-10 lbs, focus on cardio... HITT works great if looking to shed some lb's.

I'm here, I'm going to keep doing am cardio eod, and those lifts eod..just cardio on non lift days and eat like a mofo...got some clen and t3 for end or during cycle...got some aromasin, and proviron and hcg on the way...once that's all here than blast off. Will post pics of each of those goodies too, cycle will be all same lab And blast off!

Save t3 and clen for end? and maybe add night time cardio too...water intake will be huge..and if I do clen at the begining..it will be 2 on 2 off and eca during the off weeks...and then few weeks break from thermos and maybe a blast at the end? Complicated?
