    I agree with this article. To me music is essential, I literally listen to music most of my day, I loooooove music, to me music has therapeutic efefcts, it helps me relax, distress, I even sleep listening to music (nature sounds) my kids love it & it really helps them relax.

    I used to workout in my home gym, so I would play my home stero system, after joining a gym and having to listen to their crappy music, I went and got an Ipod, it's amazing how listening to the music you like, motivates & helps u give 110 % at the gym.

    Ever get all geared up, and find you forgot your tunes...defintily feel alot less energetic without..and feels odd and throws my work-out off.

    I would probably go back home & get it, it helps that my gym is like 5 minutes away from home at the gym I have my earphones on & it's like "don't talk to me" finish your set & move out of my way..lol I'm literaly in my own little world...

    Seriously thou, I hate how some girls do their sets while on their cell phone, texting, talking, they do one set wait 15 minutes, do another laim set... It gets on my NERVES !!!!!! why do they even bother !!!!! [
