The real way to build a lean muscular body. I am about to embark on a 12 week long kick my but hardcore training program. It will consist of double daily cardio sessions 5 days a week 40 min in the morning 40 min at night. 6 days a week of precise weight training. Real muscle pumping lifting not just herky jerky try and put up as much weight as I can stuff. I want to feel the muscle pump and burn slow with every rep. I am going to use testosterone cypionate , decadurabolin cycle with some dianabol , clenbuterol and xenical mixed in at times. I know alot of people prefer a short cycle, I use to be the same way. However it seems I loose motivation fast after a short cycle and tend to get lazy. I think this long cycle will help me to put on better and more solid gains that I can easily maintain.
