    Smile Kettle Ball?
Hi, I haven't recently heard from several people that they love using a Kettle Ball in a circuit for training. Has anyone tried a Kettle Ball? I have looked online and it seems to be a lot of Russian books on it. Thanks a lot.....Roy

I use it when I am doing HIIT. instead of carrying DBs or plates around the gym, it is easier for me to have a couple of those along side the treadmill/ellipictal, what have you. i also used them alot when i was competing in Boxing; i had an old school instructor. Theyre a good resource, as long as you dont let gravity and momentum do the work for you....

They can be bought online or at Dicks sports stores. They could also be at target and other stores but I think your weight and size of the kettle ball is limited. Yea I am going to use them once or twice a week in a circuit training to change things up.

So how do you use them? Do you make a flat track like a circle to walk around?
