Default Machine Bench Press Bar Weight???
Those machines that are on like a cable and a track for bench press and other things you can use it for. It's the machine you twist the bar and when your done you twist the bar and the hooks grab back onto the stubby things. Hard to explain but I was wondering how much the bar weighs and if your actually getting the full weight when using it. Like if I got 160lbs of weights on there then how much am I actually lifting with the bar?

Bars all weigh different and the counterweight is adjustable too so it can vary. Dont worry about it, just keep track of the plates you put on.

Ya...incline smith...somewhat wider grip...slowly down to the lower throat or just below that. Pyramid up and then down.
