Default bicep trouble...maybe U can help
been having terrible pain in my right bicep's outter head, and down into my elbow...or at least where the muscle meets the elbow. I can't curl more than a 45-50lbs dumbell anymore w/out it feeling like something's gonna give if I try to push for mor reps. so strength(or lack thereof) hasn't gotten better for months now.

I'm thinking tendonitis.....what do you think?

Take a week or 2 off, take an anti-inflammatory med, and if it doesnt get any better then go see a doctor.

Yep, I'd take some time off.. then also lighten up the load even more upon returning. Its needs to heal and will if you nurse it back.

thanks guys. well, I took off a couple wks and it seemed to have worked, although it was hard to tell since I didn't go heavier than 25lbs for a month.
when I tried for 45lbs again, the pain wasn't as bad, but the following wk(next bi day) it was back to sq.1 again!!!.......so yeah, it pretty farqing frustrating.........guess I'm seeing the Doc.

thanks for your time estray and jayc
