    Default what do you all do for abs?
    im looking for a good mass gaining ab routine and wondered what you guys did for them and how often?

    I do alot of decline ab bench.. plus you can weight it by laying a plate on your chest. Other then that, I think alot of my "ab mass" came from heavy deads, squats, and other heavy compound lifts that work your core. Thats the key for lbm in that area. sit ups just edges them out.

    If you want to make it a lot tougher, try putting a weight plate/dumbbell BEHIND your head. You can thank me later.

    There are many good ab exercises but the key is to be consistent with doing them. I do abs 2 to 3 times per week for 10 minutes. Weighted abs exercises will build them up more. I don't like using weights as I am not going for "bigger" abs.....only defined abs.

    And of course obviously a good clean diet will help them show.
