Everyones body acts differently towards exercise. Its always good to switch it up and see how your body reacts. That is alot to jam into a workout but if it works it works. I know alot of people who dont have alot of time during the week to hit the gym and do a similar routine and get good results.

I would recommend breaking your workout into at least 2 days a week because after an hour of lifting weight your not going to give a very good effort so if you work on your shoulders at the end of your full body workout you will never gain anything.

i like that type of workout. just make sure you are still making strength gains.
keep track of your workouts <--- this is the most important thing. If you don't know if you're getting stronger, you'll never know when you need to change the workout.
you should keep a log in the online journal sections, guys on this board can give good advice when they see what you're doing
good luck brother
