 chest everyday???
i love working out my chest could i work it out everyday....well work it out serious one day and the next just for fun???

No. When youre lifting heavy you need to give it a rest. Muscles need down time to recover as does the Central nervous system. Many like myself dont even go the the gym on back to back days, not to lift anyhow.

Might look funny if you just have a big chest and everything else is disproportional. You can workout your chest everyday but you'll be limited as to how long your body will let you do that, (in weeks). And you'll have to cut down your sets.
I've done this to increase my bench, (something I read to increase bench). So I tried this out, the whole purpose was to do chest only and no more than 4sets per day. In a weeks time, my bench increased over 55lbs. This was a long time ago and I did it purely out of curiosity. Doing 4 sets allows your chest to adapt/adjust to the weight without the need of much recovery time.

well said . you dont grow in the gym , you grow when your resting/recovering.

why would you want to? you will end up looking like an ape. Don't do it anymore than any other muscle
