Since you're hitting your front delts on your chest day and your rear delts on your back day, you should work your shoulders on chest day, and your rear delts on back day (rear delts won't need too many sets). Traps on same day as back ofcourse.

I am doing the same split of body parts, except I am working out Mon-Sat hitting each body part twice a week. One light day and one heavy day. If I was to only work out each body part once a week I would do lots of sets per body part, like 15-20 sets for chest, 15 sets for tri's ect...... Thats just what I would need.

You mean on back day? Since traps are a part of the back? And if you do your shoulder raises right, you won't involve your traps.
