    Default Shoulder/Military Press Form
When shoulder/Military pressing do you bring the bar all the way down to your chest, or do you only go about chin/horizontal upper arm deep?

i go deeper than 90 as well, but isn't it "cheating" if you don't touch your chest? Because on all other pressing exercises (bench, incline, etc.) it would be just a partial rep.
    thanks

well when doing a shoulder press i take into consideration that the rotator cuff is being put under extreme ammounts of weight. with that said i try not to over extend my rotator by going too deep. i think its really a comfort prefference.
