    This sounds all good, but I am a little confused how did he burn so many calories in 30-45 minutes playing the WII?!

    When you've got well over 100lbs to lose and you've been a lazy bastard for years, any activity will get you to start burning calories. Wonder how long it will take for him to taper off, we know he's not going to keep losing at 10lbs/month by just playing wii. Maybe they'll create a bench press or a curl program for it, then he'll be able to get ripped!

    i lift regularly and wii is pre tiring.

    Have you ever sat and played for a couple hours? There is actually alot of work involved if you play for some time. The boxing game especially is a hell of a workout punching wise. It would even tire me out during wrestling season.
