    what i would like to know is what a torn muscle feels like??

    i think i tore my tricep . . round about there i was training triceps
    but neva hav had a pain like i did after my work out

    it kinda feels good but pain at the same time

    No I imagine tore muscles hurt like mutha ****as, i tore my hamstring a good few year back and that was the second most painful thing I've ever experienced.
