Rookie
 my split!!!!!
MONDAY - Chest+Back (benchpress/incline dumbell press/dumbell flys)
(deadlift/bent over rows/arm raises along bench)
WEDNESDAY - Legs+Triceps (Squats/Calf lifts off 2inch board/ham raises)
(Close arm benchpress/one dumbell extensions above head/one arm dumbell kickbacks
FRIDAY - Shoulders+Biceps (Military Press/Lat Raises/Front Lat raises/Shrugs
(EZ bar curls/Dumbell curls/Hammer Curls
Im on week 3 of my 12 week Test E cycle and this is the training workout I made up!!! Contructive critisim please bros!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yea my stats...............im 23, 5'9, 152 lbs,11% bf

Personally I would train a large muscle group with a small.
Chest - Tri's
Back - Bi's
Legs - Shoulders
The exercises and set/rep range are up to you. I assume the fact that your on gear you've exausted your natty potential and are educated enough to know what works for you.

I agree with Drako on the training split. As for the 12wk test cycle i'd have held off and let my body grow natural first. At 152 you should be able to put on much more mass naturally. Good luck with it though!

Those were my thoughts exactly but since he's started theres no point trying to talk him down there would be no point. Lets just hope he has everything in order, pct, calorie con, ect.
