Default In search of a good way to start.
    Hello all.

Well basically i am gonna get right to the point. I am not happy with my body at all,i am quite skinny and it gets me down a lot, little comments from people don't help matters and it effects me big time. I tend to look at other people and say to myself'' if only i had more meet on me ,people would see me differently''.

I really don't know where to start,i do need alot more weight putting on,and im not sure what a easy and fast way to do that is,i eat and eat and eat but i seem to put nothing on. Whats the best meals, shakes to put weight on fast? how many times a day do i need to eat? I am new comer to this but i really do wanna shape my body up and get confidant.

Can i put on a decent shape with just home weights i got out of a catalog? or will it be best to get down the gym and start there?

Sorry for all the questions guys hope you can give me some guidance and put me on the right path.

    Thanks.

well first off don't be sorry for the questions, that's why the you and everyone else is here to share info. with that said you don't really have any starting point and there's so many different things out there form diets to training splits, etc. i think you best bet is to do some searching on what exactly your goals are and get a good idea of what your looking to do. you can workout at home as long as you have whats needed and know what you need to do, i do think you will benefit more from a gym just because there are others to help. as for diet eat every two to three hours, stick with good healthy foods, mostly protein, make carbs good carbs and the same with fats. i wouldn't add in any supplement / shakes right now, you have to get a good foundation with food and the weight room first. hope that helps a little, if you post some more detailed info we could probably give you more detailed info. post your stats, experience, goals, time restraints, etc, and good luck!
