    Default Trainging times
Now id like to know afew things about training times. . as in how long and how much time spent per day on a particularmuscle,

say i trained my back . . ive done 3x 12 overhead pulltowards chest
3x 12 overhead pulll behide head
    3 x 12 pull downs

    3 x 12 dead lifts
    3 x 12 single arm lifts
im not to sure on the proper names of these exercises but im hoping someone will understand

now this work out took me at 30-45
is this enuff ? my question to get results or should i be doin like 2 hours as ive heard when on the gear.?

checkout previous threads for correct terminology.
train 2 body parts per w/out, back bi's, chest tri's, delts traps and abs and quads hams and calves. 10-12 sets for larger muscles and 8-10 for smaller all in the 6-12 rep range.
i find i can only train with max intensity for 45mins - an hour and im natty so with gear you may find you can train for a little longer but remember its all about the quality of the w/out and not about how long you train for, i wouldn't recomend 2 hour w/outs, just my 2 cents.

    hope this helps
