    Default cutting before or after a cycle?
    was thinking of running a bulker but i really need to cut. have never cut or dieted with a disciplined routine and with goals in mind so im not sure how to go about with the dieting thing so as not to lose muscle. any input? also should I do the heavy weight i am doing now through the cutter or should i lower and resume when bulking

    There's a number of theories that will work, and have both pro's and con's to them. My personal opinion on this topic is the good ol' low carb diet. STOP eating carbs such as pasta, potato's, corn, breading, etc. Any carbs you take in while you diet will be residual carbs from the allowed foods such as those found in green veggies. Your going to go crazy for about a week before you start using ketones and your body gets used to the no carbs. Untill your used to it you might want to cut back on the weight for the simple reason your body will not have the carbs to fuel it, and it will not be converting the fats completely. This will leave you with a feeling of weakness but it does go away. To protect your muscle you will want to up your protein intake about half gram/lbm. If your trying to take anything while you cut try clen. Personal opinion on a clen cycle while cutting:
    day 1:50mcg
    2: 60 mcg
    3: 70 mcg
    4: 80 mcg
    5: 100 mcg

    Stay on for the remainder of two weeks at 100 - 120mcg/day then drop to 80 for two days then off for 5. After the 5 days clean start back up and do it again. This is what i've recommended to clients who have asked my opinion and it has worked well for them.

    In theory, it would be best to just cut before you cycle. Cutting right after you finish a cycle/PCT, will most likely result in a loss of all the gains you just made.
    One of the things that I've tried is run an extended cycle. I lean bulk for X-weeks then run an additional 4-6 weeks or so and cut while still on AAS preserving my muscle mass gained. It worked very well. Then I just up my cals to maint or just above for the time I'm off.

    I would lean out prior, then when you are on cycle just watch your diet to minimize fat gain.

    You can still gain a lot of muscle (with minimal fat) with the right diet with taking gear. It's a matter of eating good foods and not ever eating.

    Some people like to eat everything in sight figuring the more food you eat the better your gains. I would rather eat a bit less, make healthier choices, and not have to worry about dropping the fat later on.

    being 140lbs til i was 22 i have never ever dieted and im not sure how to even, just always bulked

    eat a lot of meat, stay away from processed carbs and you are dieting.

    No fruits or fruit juice
    no soda
    only green tea, coffee, water

    feels like im getting too small too fast. feels like im losing all muscle but some fat too even though i have proteiin high and carbs in there too

    i got some stuff called diet turbo tea and some stuff called black powder that seems pretty good too. helps rev up the metab
