Whats up guys, had a question regarding my chest strength vs my tricep strenght. I use the same weight for my bench press that I am using for my close grip bench press (for tris).. I find it a little weird that im using the same weight for both because your chest is a larger muscle than your tris so i thought I should be able to handle more weight. I was curious what you more seanoned guys thought about this??!!
