    Say you do 100 db bench press, what do you think the comparison to barbell bench press would be?

    Depends on you shoulder/rotator cup strength. Im good for 3-5 flat barbell presses at 315 and i can do 5 or 6 at 110. My shoulder/rotator cuff area does bother me!

    It really depends, the more you dumbell bench the more optimized you get at it. For those that don't dumbell bench much lets go with 225 or so.
